Luis Lopez (guitar and voice)
from Chile has played a wide spectrum of musical styles, including rock, folk and classical. 
Through his music he gives voice to some of life's conflicting dualities such as that of indian / conqueror and also of worker / traveling artist.
 
He feels that "Music has to have a climax“ and this is reflected in the intensity of his guitar playing and singing.
 
Nikita Sieber (violin and voice)
from Germany draws heartrending melodies from her bow.
Her influences span from the classical tradition through to performance art. Nikita is continually exploring, in addition to violin she sings and also plays singing saw.
Nikita's compelling voice sings of being a woman, a musician, and a mother, invoking a colorful spectrum of musical sensations. 
 
For Nikita "Singing and playing violin is like dissolving into emotions. Through music I confront my fears“. 
The Story
The pair met while traveling with other musical acts throughout New Zealand in 2011.  Nikita and Luis's  musical connection was immediate and quickly blossomed into an extraordinary duo of musical peers .
 
After forming AndaMula, the pair have toured through New Zealand, Europe and South-America and have recorded three albums ("Saitentanz", "Hold to the Rock" and "Mira y Siente").
